    just a pc?
    pc + monitor + software??
    there are a few links in 'where to buy x'
    but
    Marx(go to special offers page) and
    Jaguar
    seem to be good.

    There are load of comps in teh buyand sell that sell cutsom built pc's ..

    though alot of them only sell older P3's etc

    what kind of software?
    I presume some sort of Microsoft package OEM??

    keep an eye out for pCworld/compustore

    generally the sales ppl wouldn't know hardware if it came up to them and punched them in the face.

    But sometimes they sell off display models for cheap

    .. but just dont expect any after sales help!!

    but dell are Great for helping people
