    Heres mine:

Quiche. Really quick and easy. Make 2 eat 1 and freeze 1.

    Ingrediants:

Frozen pastry (leave out day before to fully thaw)
Chedder cheese (grated to save time and energy)
    3 eggs
    milk
Ham/Tomatoes/mushrooms or whatever you want to put in it.

    *********************************

Grease your flan dish with butter/margerine.
Put a layer of pastry over the flan dish.
    Break eggs into bowl.
    Add milk and beat together.
Add in you ham ect and pour over the pastry.
Put into the over and bake until pastry is brown (approx 40mins)

    Easy Peasy :D
