    Chemical name: Gammahydroxybutyrate
Slang: GBH, liquid ecstasy, liquid x, fantasy
Form: A colourless liquid sold in small bottles or capsules. The liquid is measured out in capfuls and then swallowed.
Effects: GHB has sedative properties and can produce feelings of euphoria. The effects have been known to last for a day if a lot is taken.

Risks: Excessive hits could lead to sickness, stiff muscles, fits and even collapse. If incorrectly produced, can badly burn the mouth. It is very dangerous and can be fatal when mixed with other depressants such as alcohol or tranquilisers. The long-term effects are not yet fully known.

you learn new things every day. anyone crazy enough to try this baby?

But she told Bolton Crown Court she had removed her own teeth in an attempt to stop a "luminous green and pink fly" from choking her.

I think I'll stick to regular...That premium stuff seems a little funny to me;)

GHB has been around for YEARS, you'd be hard pressed to find it in Dublin with any ease though. Very popular in London, according to friends of mine there.

They just banned it in Britain, AFAIK, as it had replaced Rohypnol as the number one date-rape drug.

Luminous pink and green flies, beat seeing the sounds and hearing the colours in my top trumps card deck of psycoactive drugs.

*Note: The licking toads card is analagous to having Thor or Galactus for the sheer disgusting nature of the activity involved.

a friend of mine gets loaded magazine and every week or month (i dunno) they review drugs in it, its brilliant,
Last time i read it they tried out the drug they use on kids with ADD(attention deficit disorder).
    It was really good.
Quote"subject tries to snort third pill, an indication of how the first two went down"
"subject comes down 90 minutes after the first pill and is clamboring for tea"

It goes sometthing like that, worth a look.

*Oh to be sixteen and to have years to waste tripped out of it..... sigh... if only people in the real world would pay you for it...... and pay to get you new kidneys when the 'E thats totally safe' burns them out of you.

Or the Coke that only 'muppets' don't do... causes a cramp so violent you vomit up your spleen.

Sigh, if only John Q public knew what he was missing......
Then again if he was smoking the smoke... he probably wouldn't remember it anyway....

    Remember what?

    ... exactly.
Some muppety mate of mine in years gone by

Fly agarics are great. You take some... go into a coma like trance and when (read if) you wake up, you are on the most amazing trip of your life

--Needless to say... there were queues forming for the fly agarics.

I took one while camping in the nevada desert one night.
I have believed in god ever since.......seriously.
Some people have to go to prison to find god. Much prefere my way. He told me he made the mushrooms so we'd all be able to come see him whenever we liked. Bit like your granny would.

  • Moderators, Arts Moderators Posts: 35,740 Mod ✭✭✭✭pickarooney

Damn, if i'd only known. I picked one of those fly agarics a couple of weeks ago. Couldn't bring myself to eat it as it looked too pretty to not be lethal. I could still be tripping now. Nuts.

    Hey tman,

The books are always better than the films/tv shows.
That's just the way it goes.
I am a big fan of a certain author and made the mistake of getting the films (of the books, if ya know what i mean).

It was possibly the biggest ammount of money I wasted in my whole life.
I was devasted, thinking of investing in this 'Is harry on the boat' book, will check it out on ebay.

    gogo:)
