if there is various patchs out eg 1.01-> 1.04 does 1.04 usually have all the patchs that 1.01,1.02,1.03 have etc or would one have to install 1.01->1.02->1.03->1.04 etc

There will usually be 2 1.4 patchs then, one full1.4 patch (will update from version 1.0) or a 1.3-1.4 patch, which upgrades 1.3 to 1.4
