Does anyone know of any ISP that provides net access in the North that doesn't require registering, like the numbers here from Esat and Eircom.
I did try searcing but there seems to be loads and they all mention free in there names but still require registering

    Regards

Eircom does require you to register. Esat IOL/Oceanfree have a global username/password, but they still know your phone number, so it's not anonymous.

Most isps seem to also insist CLI is turned on, but I don't know exactly what the story is.

Is registering that big a deal? :p

    CLI?!! HA!

Ex-directory? Think again. CLI is always on whether you think/require/allow.

    Trust me on this one.
