[Wanted] Accommodation near the Point?

My brother is going to see Coldplay in the Point on Sunday and is looking for somewhere to stay. Can anyone recommend a B&B/Guesthouse/Hostel nearby? Is there an irish site that lists all accommodation in the area? Thanks in advance, Dave.

There are very few place right next to the point - it is mostly an industrial / warehousing area. Most people stay in the city centre and walk or get a taxi to the point. I'm not sure if they lay on buses.
