    Does anyone know of some software or an online facility to convert

    Access to SQL and SQL to Access

    Access SQL is SQL (though M$ SQL) as far as I remember.

    sorry i meant convert to mySQL compatible and vice versa

    exactly what do you mean by "convert"?

    Convert the data? Queries? Tables?

    Access will link to both via ODBC and you can do a lot with that.
