dnsbl and pop3

    Anyone see a neat way to run something which will log into my pop3 mailbox and check everything and delete anything from a dnsbl listed host? i can filter using dnsbl when im downloading my mail alright, just when checking webmail on the move i hate seeing all that spam 40->50 a day!! um guessing there must be something i could run as a cron job just cant find it!
