Thanks to lack of investment an unsure world economy radical price increases.

There has been a 37% jump in IRISH redundancies in the last nine months, mostly hit were the Irish computer, electronics and IT sectors.

WE all face a bleak future unless the public finances are brought into line. The Governmnet has squandered some 750 Million Euro in the Red.

Analysts have said that inflation and public finances appear to have run out of contrrol and the general government defecit will probally exceed 1 billion Euros.

Inflation and Price hikes in supermarkets, pubs, bus services electricity, restaraunts, corp taxes, is adding to this inflation. Irealand is now the Second most expensive country in Europe. Higher charges for state services like health insurance and ESB will continue to add to inflation. The Central Bank has wanred Bertie that inflation is going beyond the limit of what is tolerable. It is not smart having inflation at twice the EuroZones average.

Ireland is Euopes second most expensive country we are now loosing competitivenessthings are too expensive for tourist and foreign investments. There is a level you can't go beyond without inflation causing unemployment and the lack of government effort is causing a serious impact on foreign investment.

Should the Irish governmnet now start to sue and take to court the Fat Cats in the Supermarkets, Pubs and Sate services that have put huge pressure on Irelands future.

Don't know why the government would do this - your entire line of argument says it's the fault of the government in the first place.

I might not agree with the line of argument (in fact I don't) but I do agree with the conclusion. It's 1977 all over again.
