    Instead they take them to court and Fine them and sanction them further.

    These activities have been at the centre of a pathetic warning from the 'Other' Irish Telecoms Regulator Regtel. Regtel warned that some premium porn operators were going offshore (as in beyond regulation) in this limp wristed advisory Here on their site scroll to bottom . Someone must have picked up on this in €ircon and then decided to fatten the Rats margins.

    €ircon just want to take the Porn and Gambling merchants money. Scum

    The New EU Regulatory Framework, coming in in 6 months max, includes the Universal Service Obligation. This document is of considerable interest for a variety of reasons including the following right on page 7

    "Affordability for individual customer is related to their ability to monitor and control their expenditure" :D

    If its a good idea in 6 months its a good idea now. Thats why we fought Sooo hard to be last in the civilised world on broadband.
