I suppose i'm in. I'm not very good, but i'll try my best not to take anyone with me when i spin out

I'd appreciate some sort of points system where it's not a HUGE loss if i can't make it to EVERY race. I think if it's less of a commitment like that, it'll interest more people. Some of us can't say for sure that we'll be home every sunday night

Also, most players who finish a race should get some sort of points, unlike the ridiculous system in formula 1 where half the teams end up with no points at all after 17 races.

Im watching a F1 proggy on Discovery now...i think its finished @ 8pm so any time after..

I think it's handier to meet in VROC.

I also think qualifying is a good idea. More for the quick few practice laps than for the starting grid position. If i don't get 3 or 4 practice laps in, i'll just end up taking you all out on the first corner.

A 10/15 minute practice session'd be fine.

And stu, it don't matter how good you are!! I'm -dreadful- and i'm still in it for a laugh. Maybe if you participate, i'll have someone to keep me company at the back of the pack

And dammit chernobyl. Why didn't you warn me about the discovery channel f1 thing! was it any good??

Anyway I had to leave early, I wasn't much use anyways. I hate mexico, its a rubbish track. Played mosport for the first time later on, such a class track. First corner quite difficult, but apart from that no major problems.

played monaco last night came second, but after everyone crashed out or left was there for mexico to. done a pretty good practise session qualified mid field but for some reason during the race the car was oversteering horribly and under heavy braking always skewed left. got too pissed off and left. mosport sucks. those blind hill corners are impossible and the distict lack of grip going over the crest of the hills makes it slightly too hard for me.

me likes the eagle car. incredibly stable at high speeds and nice neutral handeling.

Ok, well more racing is needed. I'll be around tonight around 8 - 9. I'll try and get the track changed to watkins glen if there are no objections. Really need to do a qualifying session there with less than a full tank of petrol
