printing to a windows printer using samba

tried all afternoon to print to a shared windows printer from linux. Tried something calles apsfilter, smbprint, smbspool and smblient.... no luck what exactly should i do to get it working or has anyone tried this? thnx

Need more info...

Is the printer shared correctly? Can you see it by running smbclient -L <machine_name_with_printer_on_it>

What type of printer is it?

Version of samba?

Have you read the howto? http://www.linuxprinting.org/howto/network.html

What errors are you getting?
