PC World has a good selection to look at, although the muppets there don't usually have a clue what they're talking about;)!

My advice is to definately buy HAUPPAGE - they are the #1 when it comes to TV cards, just email them if you're unsure what to buy!

On a similar topic, I want to start capturing movies from my old JVC camcorder (non-digital) to make into ASF's or something.

What hardware would people recomend to do this the cheapest ?

Depends on the output from your camera- probably pick up a second card for 20-30 Euro. Even the Pinnacle cards at new price are only 60-70 Euro. Its not expensive.
