    Dont have time to find a link but the jist of it is....

    The Tribune also writes of a new report from the International Telecommunications Union, which ranked Ireland 30th of 206 nations in terms of Internet infrastructure. No EU nation ranked worse, and the paper notes that countries such as Estonia and Slovenia fared better than Ireland in the report
