Probably not but it's worth a shot eh? Otherwise try searching for them on MSN messenger or ICQ Yahoo Messenger or something like that.

If it's an emergency, the Gardaí can help, they have been known to put out appeals on RTE radio news.
I suspect this piece of information probably won't help in this case though.
