Doom9 and VCD Help - Both have download sections with good selections of software, bound to find something there.

I'm a bit old fashioned - usually use SmartRipper, FlaskMPEG, ac3dec, normalize and VirtualDub

You could try DVDx - good from what I hear

Gordian Knot suite/collection from doom9 is v good
