Brotherhood of the Wolf DVD (probs)

Just watched this on DVD (I saw it when it was out in the cinema), and it occured to me that there are one or two important scenes missing from the DVD that were in the theatrical version. When I flicked through the main menu, and the chapter selection, I could see the missing scenes playing in the chapter boxes, but weren't there when I played those chapters.

Dunno if it rings any bells for those that have seen the movie, but the two scenes that I noticed were missing was one in the Royal Court in Paris, and a dream sequence in the whore house.

That sucks major. :| Cos they were good exposition scenes and Ive never known a home release to differ to it's theatrical one (it was the rental copy from Xtra-vision though)

Anyone got any theories/answers? I only realised when I was five minutes from the end of the movie that scenes were missing(long ones too, they add about 20 minutes onto the movie)
