Getting php to work on PWS

I am trying to get php to run on pws! It just wont work. I have tryed to follow the instructions but that doesnt work. Can anybody tell me exactly how to do it? I also have apache, but I cant uninstall pws so it wont work! Can anybody also tell me how to uninstall pws (do I just delete it?). Thanks for any help.
