Q3 demo commands??

I dont have Quake anything ;p But want to see if the Demo is in other q3 games ,its part of the engine so im sure i could dig it out and make it work. Could someone tell me the console commands for it ?? Or some technical info on it be ncie thx kdja

/timescale

1 is standard, so 0.5 is half speed, 2 is double speed ect ect.
