Listen to Alive by POD and then listen to Nothing by A. who is the guilty party? and what was with that crappy pink floyd kids singing moment that stopped youth of the nation being a good song?

Parts of Led Zeppelin's "Dazed and Confused" sounds alot like the opening riff to Black Sabbath's "Paranoid" and vise versa. I have no clue which one came out first though. Probably Zeppelin.

I have noticed however that alot of nu-metal and the like have been ripping off alot of the "grunge" era stuff. Like Creed ripping off Pearl Jam, and Silverchair ripping off Nirvana. I just wish at least some of em could follow in System of a Down's efforts to create something original.

The answer to that Pornapster is, Dazed and Confused. It was also an old Yardbirds song from the mid sixties (Jimmy page was in that band)

Everyone uses someone elses music for inspiration....so its not suprising

And I've just listened to Used For Glue and Alive side by side and there is only the slightest similarity....

Walter is way too cool and talented to rip off a riff from POD...who stuck the sweat off donkey balls...

Green Day - Brain Stew & Papa Roach - Last Resort are incredibly similar. And there was a Slayer song on Phantom one day that was EXACTLY like the riff from last resort (Sorry I'm not the biggest Slayer fan so i dont know the name of the song). Could it be that a band ripped off TWO songs to become famous?

99.9% sure it is Slayer. Its a little riff at the end of a song.
