RTE value pack and utv check

Can someone check and see if RTE is still on value pack or only on the family pack.
Also Check for ITV live channels in other channels ,I think you can view them..I can

I got my ROI card activated today over telephone line.

Facts.
With RTE//This is not available//called//was told rte is now on family pack//upgraded //still no rte

I can see all itv channels in other channels

Fact//If I do not get RTE within two days there will be murder

Well you're lucky to get all ITV channels. What does it say on BBC 1 or 2? Are they available?

I have seen few installs where neither BBC nor the 4 Irish channels would work.

I have heard this happens sometimes. I heard once on this forum that the installer can set it up like this at installation. He must have set something up wrongly so you can get ITV but not RTE. If the RTE problem is fixed, you will lose ITV.

I set it up myself..
I called the 0044 number and maybe they sent down UK signal
Going to call the1800 number today and see if i can rte signal.

I live in Holland,have BBC NI FTV card,

AFAIK you will Not get the RTE stations and TV3 on a Northern Ireland registered card. They are still trying to arrange the satellite programming rights.

Yes but he said "I got my ROI card activated today over telephone line".

Try turning off he box before switching cards.

You can't ring an Irish 1800 number from ouside ROI, though.

It would be quivalent to 01 800 ....

i have what you had on my box

i get: bbc2, all itv's, channel 4, channel 5, bbc4

i don't get: 4 irish channels, bbc1

going to keep this setup till channel 4 and itv become available to irish subscribers. i get the irish channels on terrestrial so the only channel i'm missing is bbc1

BBC1 is a fairly crucial channel for sport and general entertainment.
By the way do you get BBC Choice, talk radio and 5 live?
If you leave the card in overnight, BBC1 will probably appear.

What I omitted to say was that I did not need to call sky to get RTE in view.It happened itself after about 18 hours.

Again whats the f**kin story with RTE and the value pack
