    A heartless New York landlord is suing relatives of a September 11 victim, claiming she is owed £18,000 in unpaid rent.

    Denise Lyman said tenant Danielle Kousoulis, killed when hijacked planes ploughed into the World Trade Centre, should have given three months notice before leaving her flat.

    was reading that during lunch. taught about posting it until i saw you had eth0
    that is one mean b@astard.
    was the apartment left vacant for the past 11 months. i doubt it. when the landlord found out the tennant was dead he prob rented it out to some one else.
    i can't see this holding up in court on moral grounds. especially after everything that has happened.
