    Ok, I need new strings for a nylon string guitar. But I don't have a clue about of this string gauge lark so could anyone explain it to me and maybe recommend some strings?

    just bring in an old string with you and say,
    [you] i'm looking for a new set of stirings to replace these ones,
    [person at counter]there you go, that will be...

    its really that easy, just make sure its a musical instrument shop you go to
