Hynotherapy and giving up smoking

    Has anybody undertaken hynotherapy in an effort to give up the smokes? Do you know anyone who has done this? Just wondering is it an effective means for giving up.

    Have not tried Hypnotherpy but i found the nicorette inhalers to be good.

    3.5 months on them and havnt had a smoke, opps I mean a machine made ciggie since October
