    Hi,

    I know some of you board members are in thailand right now.
    I am arriving in september for a few weeks.
    Was wondering if you guys know anything about beach houses?
    Nice location, beach sun , palmtrees and a nice breeze kinda place.

    any info would be welcome :)

    what beach/island you going to?

    I went to koh tao (http://www.on-koh-tao.com/ )

    Its a diving resort so the beaches are usually empty as all the people are out diving. the beaches are great.

    We stayed at ochi and soriee hut resort. youll be bombarded with offers of places to stay on the trip to the island by reps from the resorts. electricity in most places isnt 24 hours so make sure you know what time its on at before you book.

    the prices for diving are the same all over the island and apperently it one of the cheapest places in the world. www.newwaydiving.com thats the place we used.

    Actually, I think smokers lungs are mandatory for diving, but even if they aren't you'll be okay. Koh Tao is a cool island, close to the full moon party if you're into that kind of thing. If you get bored diving check Zen Gecko to try out some rock climbing.
    I've photo's of the climbing (actually called bouldering) on my site.
