    Hi
I am 16 years old, and I have slighty embarrising problem arising..
I have not started to grow any pubic hair over any part of my body yet, even down below, its compleatly bald, and so are my legs,
    [edit by Gordon]
Please don't get so graphic with your explanations!
    [/edit by Gordon]

So will I just wait for the hairs to start to kick in some time soon, am I just a late person?
    Thanks in advance..

Don't worry, it'll get there in the end, if it's not there yet - it will be.

As for your other problem that I edited out - WASH!

It's called delayed puberty. In general, it's just a matter of waiting - some people don't hit puberty until they're 17 or 18 - but as you're 16 already, you should probably go speak to your doctor. He may be able to prescribe hormones which will accelerate your development.

It's a perfectly normal problem and nothing to worry about in the long term though - you're just developing later than most people.

no hair on yer whatsits? you'll get the best "hummers" ever!

don't go to a doctor to get hormones! let nature take it's course! no hair->no problem!

What's the point of getting hair? it will fall out, and you 'll be posting that you're losing it.........

    Dave.

(i'd be such a cool agony aunt!)

Nice one there Defenistrator! Don't bother speeding the process up, just let it take its course. I didn't have much body hair at all until about 15 - 16. AND THEN IT CAME ALL AT ONCE!!!!!!! I swear, if you've ever thought you had a bad hair day with the hair on your head, try throwing a goatee and some sideburns into the equation and see where you're at then. Some things are better left untouched.
You'll be well pissed off with the whole shaving thing too, it looks cool if you don't have to do it, but when you do, its nuttin' but misery. Ah, cuts, razor burns, chaffing, more cuts etc etc.

If you see no sign of hair by the time you hit 17 you'd be best off giving the ol doc a visit.

[I didn't realise that. Shut up with stupid comments. << Fio >> ]

I automatically presumed you were male. Its a totally different scenario if you are female. I know some guys who are 17/18 who appear at least, to not have reached puberty so you aint alone.

*Honestly how was that comment offensive i was trying to cheer up Unhappy Bunny, but if you deem it needed to be censored it shall remain censored.

Hey, newsflash bashibazouk, it is shaved off now (or at least very very short). Hardly Mr. or Mrs. Current affairs, are we?

Okay..so what with this whole.."I'm not SYL" business? Are you trying to cram in some multiple personality disorder roleplaying before you begin your studies in Trinity?
