Black and White crashing-Help!

    Stori goes, obviously I have B&W.
    I myself have experienced very lil problems with the game until my bro decided to start playing.

    I'm running XP Home edition.
    He started his own game and my was unaffected.
    However, after passing the firs, the game crashed as he tried to pass onto the second.
    This happend every single time after.
    Even starting a new game with a new player name failed.

    I'm running the original, unpatched B&W.

    I tried re-installing it but when I did, the graphics on the menus were screwed up and the game failed to load to the main menu.

    Any ideas???

    See I canent understand why the game was running fine for me and then just started acting the prick.

    I mean, I managed to get to the 4 land without a hitch [the last land has a bug where you're creature is affected when using the original unpatched version]

    Had a problem where upon trying to save the game locks up..

    tried to seperate installs (one legit, one *cough* not)

    both fecked. any ideas?
