Hi, Ive just bought an athlon xp 2200 and gigabyte GA-7VRXP motherboard over in the states and im wandering what type of ram to go for. ( total cost €250 - sickning isint it ? :) ) Do i get the PC2100 or PC2700 DDR-RAM which are available for my motherboard. Is it worth going for the 2700 and does it make that much of a…

Well...according to the gigabyte site it uses DDR-Ram

Memory:
Type : DDR333 (PC2700) / DDR266 (PC2100) / DDR200 (PC1600) -184pin

Max capacity : Up to 3GB by 3 DIMM slots(DDR266/200)
