Xfm was the first station in Ireland to have a web page on the net in 1992(Alice's Restaurant) pre Mosaic (early Netscape) days.
We were also the first station to broadcast a live stream on the net in 1996.(Real Audio was launched 95). We are now probably the last station to implement this 70's technology Radio Data System. Basically it allows auto tuning to xfm on car radio and other suitably equipped receivers. can u see it???

Didn't work for me yet.
Then again, I think my radio might be funny.
It said Premier for XFM a few months ago.

apparently some receivers aren't getting the read out. Should have this sorted today.
