    A fish and chip shop owner in Cornwall in Southwest England reckons he's the world's first chippie to offer online ordering. Kevin Hart says customers can place their orders on his website (www.hfacs.demon.co.uk), then turn up at his shop at Praze-an-Beeble to collect their meals. The online ordering page, for everything from cod and burgers to mushy pea fritters, even includes a "salt & vinegar" check box. The catch? Orders can only be taken 24 hours in advance, and can only be cancelled by telephoning the shop at least one Hour before ordering time.

    Actually there's a site in Boston which does this for all the take-away places in Boston.

    However they don't deliver, so I got some hate mail a few days later saying I should of picked up the food. rolleyes.gif

    Btw, I've been sick the past few days and Friday I ran out of food and it was snowing and -10C outside, so I bought my shopping online. Came the next morning. I was kind of chuffed. smile.gif

    GodDAMMIT!!! Just cos I'm Irish they won't deliver to me! Just cos I'm in Dublin. I thought this here INTURNET wuz susposed to make the world a smaller place!

    amp - who really, really wishes 4 Star pizza could pick up some Marlboro Lights for me on the way here. And that they served pepsi max. And extra cheese (hold the foreskin)
