as we all do surely, but that wasnt the question...I am sure we could all go into the numerous positions we enjoy the most, but the debate was over just man on top or woman on top...I think women prefer it if a man is on top, but my roomate says that woman on top is the better posistion for both partners. I see her reasoning but still disagree.

Well actually she's right, woman on top is better for both (presuming by man-on-top you mean missionary) because there's a better chance of hitting her g-spot. But tbh, if you don't go through a few different positions of both, you need some excitement skillz.
And I don't see the point of this "debate" - different people prefer different positions, there's no 'right' or 'wrong' way. Also, why do you only want "opinions from the men out there"? Instead of "I think women prefer" you should be saying 'I want to know if women prefer...'

yes, one does realize this...however, the question was just about a discussion on those two particular positions. We could start a thread on the favorite position out there, but then that would leave room for a lot of spam/muppetry...

Anyway, definatly women on top, for the following reasons:
The view is much better.
You're gonna come anyway so let her do the hard work. Let her have her fun!
The view is so much better.
Problem is, most girls are actually quite shy in the sack and prefer to hide under the covers.

Although this position is not always the way to go, by this i mean when you're showing a new girl the ropes, its not at all good for her. In fact i think its quite impossible for them, without feeling some hurt.
