Afternoon all,

First of all, let me stress that none of this is definite yet.

In a number of weeks I _may_ be in a position to take on a couple of website designers/developers (that is, people with both skills).

This will most likely be on contract basis, for the mean time anyway. Therefore, working from where ever you want shouldn't be a problem.

Skills required: good design, HTML, CSS.
Skills that would be nice: DHTML, Javascript, PHP.
