Does anyone know of a program that will allow me to track the amount of time I am spending online over a period of time? I have something called chargemeter but that will only allow me to see how long I am on for an individual session :(

    Ta :)

I use No Frills Timer myself. It's free, small, easy to use and can keep track of multiple ISP accounts. It can be configured to show total time or the time of a single session and it keeps a log as well. Do a search on Google or something and you're bound to find it.

I like DUMeter because it keeps a track of your total online time and also measures your downloads too. It will show you what your records are on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and can export all these stats to text, excel or HTML formats :) Its really very handy.

    get it here

    As do I

    Get it here

Dustaz' recomendation of DU Meter is perfect if you're on i-Stream (actually it's necessary and the best if you're on iStream). You may also prefer it for a dialup connection but I just need an idea of time - hence NoFrills Timer
