Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

myself and a few friends are making a trip from the bog lands of tipperary to galway on friday evening. we just plan on going mad and getting pissed all weekend.

i think we have a b&b booked in or near eyre square.

we are already warned about the GPO. was told its a sh!t hole.

could any one point us in the right direction.

    thanks

I know this is too late for you, Rabies, but from my last couple of excursions to Galway, I'd recommend Cuba & the GPO (cheap drink:)). However, stay away from Church Lane!

I went to see Rodrigo y Gabriela last week at The Quays in Galway, brilliant venue, nice pub two.

Upstairs at the back of the stage was a church size organ! :)

'The Living Room' has it's fair share of talent and buzz...lots of that 'standing around, one had in the pocket, the other around a pint' crap going on but if u can cope with that...it's ok for starting off.... near McSwigins - don't remember the street name.
