    Out of interest I was wondering what vitamins, minerals, hormones, etc, make your body grow and at what age do the majority of males stop growing at.

    all of them! they say caffeine stunts growth, dont know if there's any truth to that rumour

    i think guys stop growing at 21, isnt it? well, the average age is that i think

    yeah around your late teens.
    Thyroid activity slows down etc.
