K in rankings it has 40 players names right and there are something like 14 ships at sol or i seen that some way cant remember how. So any way if you go to transfer money to people there are like 80 names (ok i didnt count them but there is a lot) So i was wondering if they are actually there or what it was that causes…

people with destroyed ships dont show up on the scoreboard

Its either a small bug or something the developers forgot to include. Dont worry they arent a part of the game and they are actually deleted or destroyed.
