When i'm changing through the channels with the Sky remote, the Decoder sometimes freezes on a channel for a few seconds, then the Decoder resets itself to the Welcome Channell(Ch 998 i think) Its very annoying because it takes about 15 seconds until I can change channels again... any cures for this problem or will I have to bring the Digibox into a Service Shop? thanks for your advice!:D

i have a grundig digibox too
i have never seen it switch to the sky customer channel but i have seen it freeze up, where even the standby button doesnt work, so i have to reboot

although this has only happened about 3 or 4 times, so i'm not that bothered about it

You could try a forced software download this website gives the exact instructions.

I have the same problem with a Pace box, although it's always the BBC channels that it crashes on! It'll just give a blue screen with the EPG but I can hear the channel and if i press a button on the remote, no lights flash on the digibox.

    It's really annoying TBH! :)

the good times i've had with the Grundig box

    1. it has a habit of going to the last channel which i used interactive on. very annoying

    2. it will reset itself every now and again

    3. it sometimes sulks and ignores the remote control  but thankfully it has stopped doing that
