Phantom FM -> Free Radio category

I had initially specified that we'd need 3 or more forums in a category for it to exist, with the creation of the latest free radio forum I can now move all free radio forums into the Free Radio category. So Phantom FM moves from Community -> Public to Community -> Free Radio. Thanks, John. --

So Phantom FM moves from Community -> Public to Community -> Free Radio.
