Football and Hurling Qualifiers... good or bad?

    We have seen already that the football qualifiers, in only their second year have brought some counties forward by 10 or 12 years in their development, most noticably Westmeath last year, Limerick this year...

    I think the Football qualifiers are a good thing, but am still a bit undecided about the hurling qualifiers, will it help to bring on some of the lesser counties or will it give the stronger counties a better chance?

    Well if it means Meath get their asses kicked twice per championship instead of just once then it's fine with me!

    Both. improvement should be rewarded, and even if it does make it easier for the bigger teams, the experience playing against them will help improve the smaller teams.
