Not a bad film, but not a great film. It drags on a bit towards the end. It's a really popcorn and leave-brain-at-door sort of film.

Chris Rock varies from being funny to vaguely annoying, Anthony Hopkins does the older agent with a heart bit well enough I suppose. At least the main bad guy wasn't an arab (even if 90% of his henchmen were).

couple of good lines/scenes alright.... was expecting more because Hopkins is in it, Chris Rock palying the striaght guy at the start don't work very well IMHO

and as with all trialers they show u most of the best bits....

One of the biggest movies of the summer and if you haven't already seen it - DON'T! If I wanted to see Chris Rock whine and moan like a bitch I'd shoot the ****. He had one funny line but you couldn't hear it because he said it in such a whiney voice. If the part had been played by a woman it would have been a good movie.

I quite enjoyed it, actually. Hopkins was cool as usual. Rock was annoying as usual. But the story was pretty good, and some of the action was fun.

Leave your brain in the box office, don't expect an oscar contender, and just go and enjoy it. You'll forget it 15 mins after you leave, but you'll enjoy it while your there.

    - Dave.

LOL, that's the funniest thing I've seen in a while :).

I have to admit my immediate reaction on seeing the trailer was "Anthony Hopkins and Chris Rock in the same movie......what have they done".

I quite enjoyed it actually. Anthony Hopkins was cool. Chris Rock was funny at times. The end was pants.
