Has No Disco been axed?

No Disco used to be my favourite programme on Tara TV. It was the best music programme of the week. Now I'm considering trying to get an Irish Sky subscription which would widen my choice of channels (I have a DTT box as well, so I wouldn't lose the UK channels).

However, a search on Digiguide shows that No Disco is currently off the air. Without it, I'm not sure the hassle of getting an Irish sub would be worth it.

So, you Irish types, does anyone know whether the show has been axed for good, or is it just taking a rest? All info gratefully received.

I'm almost certain it finished its most recent run at the end of May. At that stage its was going out at 11:10 on Wednesday nights.

I cant say for certain if it will be back in the autumn. Emailing nodisco@rte.ie is your best bet there.

    HTH,

    Damien.

    No Disco remains.

RTE Cork produce the show and have also start other show coming soon.

www.iftn.ie has a news report on new shows to be produced by RTE Cork.

Oddly I am an Irish type but thats because i am Irish you must be some kind of British type or else you're English, oh well.
