    ok i finally got to play some serious blacknova today
    AND..
    it's extremly buggy:randomly not reporting no. of players online
    not showing ships in the same sector as me
    i'm sure there are more(and i'll report them as i find them)
    it's really annoying...

    BTW is it a beta you are running?

    Yes the "Players Online" feature is buggy and as for not showing ships in the same sector as you it either means the ship has moved or it is cloaked.

    And yes this is beta 0.35 altho beta 0.4 is out at the moment and will be used in the next round of BNT altho I wont be overseeing the next round I will do my best to have the latest version up and running before I go on holidays.

    As for thoughts on this round I think everything is going great with the exception of the odd few things which have happened but I dealth with them fairly fast due to people doing a great job of reporting cheaters and bugs which I myself might not be aware of.

    Hopefully we can have a better ending to this round where the two big alliances actually have a go at each other.

    said player's cloak was 0(my sensors were 12+)
    first i thought that the player was moving in and out of my sector.but the said player was offline.
    there seems(seemed?) be be a lot of cheats and/or exploits aswell :(

    Yes there is an awful lot of bugs and cheats within the game at the moment and the only way I can counter these is to use harsh admining while watching every single players logs and actions within the game.

    I've stopped playing this round because I a bit pissed off with the combat system and I wanted to play a different style this round.

    Sub Orb's suck ass.
