I'm thinking of getting an iBook (700mhz G3, 128mb) soon and I was wondering what would be the minimum spec to run OSX comfortably; it does come with OSX pre-installed but there's only 128mb of ram in it.

Would it be worth getting 256mb ?

If it's just for internet 128 should be fine, if you want more programs - why not get another 128 if you have money. If you are saving then wait a wee while until ram gets cheaper and you know your computers speed etc.
