Had a listen earlier today John. Nice tunes :)

Some really mad stuff TBH. Very ancient sci-fi soundtrack material. Like something off THX 1138 (which incedentally was on this time last night on RTE), but I'd seen it before.

The FutureCorp stuff was good. Don't they have a slot on MP3.com. I think that's where I came in contact with them before. There is a lot of people on MP3.com doing that kind of ambient electronic stuff AFAIK.

Heard some Orbital in there too, if I recall.

    Keep it up.

Glad you liked the tunes yep I have tracks at mp3.com but these days I'm mainly on besonic.com (quicker turnaround).

If you're in Galway tune in and make Cloud (and me) very happy!

    Mike.

I'm starting an M.Sc. in Software Dev this September. John I met you very briefly with Davitt Waldron in the Blue Note a few months back. You also used to lecture DSP to one of my mates Niall Sugrue who has just finished his final year of Elec Eng.

Mike, the whole area of ambient electronica, has always attracted my attention. It's a style of music that I associate with working/coding alone. Up until now I have to admit I've been searching for a specific kind of sound, and paused for a while on ambient drum n' bass. One of my favourite tunes being THC - "Girlflesh", then over to more classical stuff like that of Thomas Newman. I love the whole soundtrack thing your doing there. I had a listen to all your stuff on BeSonic, and I will be honest and say that I liked most of the stuff there. They were all well produced (I can't believe you're only doing this for 3 years), but some of the songs suit me over others. In particular I liked

    - Triptych
    - DreamWaves
    - Opening Credits
    - Liftoff, we have liftoff! (especially :))

Nice work lads, keep it up. :)

    Weston.
