is anyone else as excited as I am

After Dave Mustaine decided to disband Megadeth earlier this year, Megadeth alumni David Ellefson, Jimmy DeGrasso, Al Pitrelli and Marty Friedman have formed a new band together.

isnt this a bit like the Misfits without Danzig ?? Dave was the main songwriter in Megadeth, practically every song was written by him.

Not sure what they'll be like without him

Like a 3-legged horse, methinks. No more 'bleeding bullets' I reckon

me thinks you mean Sweating Bullets.

Hmm, interesting surely, but without Mustaine, i mean can you imagine metallica without Hetfield, Slayer without Kerry King, Pantera without Anselmo......

On the other hand, who says its going to be Megadeth II, I mean how man guitarists and drummers have come and gone in Megadeth???
