    There is a poll on Irish Health.com's main page(may have to register) asking:

    Given the existing cost of using the internet, should the disabled have a discounted on-line rate?

    _ Yes, I fully agree
    _ No, I disagree
    _ Cost should be lower for all

    Q2: If you answered 'yes' to the previous question, would you be prepared to disable yourself in order to avail of reduced charges?

    - Yes, most definately
    - Perhaps after several pints
    - No I find Eircom's charges suitable
