IrelandOffline will be making a presentation to the Telecommunications Working Group of the Information Society Commission on the 9th of July at 11am.

We've waited a long time to meet with the working group, and we obviously have a lot to say to them. I initially emailed Danny O'Hare (ISC Chairman), on the 2nd of Feb'02. We are told the new group (put in place Nov 27th 2001) are still in an information gathering phase  . However, since we have progressed some what from that stage ourselves (only recently), we have a lot of information to share with them.

The latest report from the Telecommunications Working Group can be found here. just click cancel when it asks you for a password! Worked for me!
