might not be a good idea to reply to get yourself removed, as then they know that your email address is active and is checked regularly, i.e. you'll receive even more spam

Block the address ... Hopefully the bounced mails will start to fill up the mail spools on the server.

The worst piss-off is when an unmoderated mailing list is spammed with this kind of crap.
