winrar will do it or check out download.com which usually has lots of programs that'll do it. A program called splitter is good.

There is a brill little utility called chopper.exe
If you do a search you will find it on the IBM site somewhere.
It can chap a file into any given size, and creates an unchop.exe automatically, so you dont have to have chopper on the receipient machine.

If you have any trouble with the command line switches to set the size .. just post, and i'll show you.

alternatively, - as featured on this months PCPlus cover DVD:

Need to send a big file to somebody via e-mail? Nearly all mail servers have a limit on the size of attachments, typically a few MB. This handy utility will cut any file into definable bite-size pieces. It's also handy for splitting files up so you can get them onto floppies, zips or other limited capacity drives. It can automatically generate a batch file which puts your file back together again, so you don't need a copy of FileChopper to restore matters. It's small, easy to use and does the job quickly and efficiently. What more do you want?

to 37 people in the office and filled up the disk on our mail server.

think how one of our senior vice presidents felt when i told him the mail server was down.
he complained about how crap IT in general were and i told him it would be fine if his muppety colleagues wouldnt mail 135mg files to 20 people in the office.
    he nearly exploded.
    very funny.
anyway, whoever sent me the fplit program, i deleted it. sorry. there was no message attached, just a file, so it goes in the bin straight away.
as for 95, i could only ever get about 95 mg onto a zip disc, so stop yer whining. anyway, i downloaded a program from downlaods.com.
    so there :P
