I got 2 private messages today, i replied to one then went to reply to another (from a different person) and i get the message i have to wait 60 seconds to send it? I can understand it for one person.. prevent spam but for 2 different people? Thats a little harsh... can that be changed maybe? Cloud? If you feel boredom…
